Yoga is a way to freedom

Freedom of the physical body requires us to move, stay fit and healthy. Freedom of the mind requires us to be able to detach, compartmentalize our thoughts and take time to be still and calm.

For me yoga in its many forms brings this freedom. Yang style flowing allows me to move physically while keeping a focus on my breath connecting with the movement. Yin yoga brings me to a much more quiet place in the mind to allow thoughts and inspiration to bubble to the surface while my physical body remains held in stillness.

This gift of both allows us to create freedom from daily noise and time with just you and your mat to truly feel free. xx
